Team Stax
Any Stax can become a Team Stax. Add a collaborator, and the same workspace — the same tabs, the same next actions, the same context — is visible to both of you. No more coordinating through chat messages that disappear or shared docs that nobody updates.
What changes when a Stax has collaborators
| Solo Stax | Team Stax |
|---|---|
| Your actions, your view | Each person has their own column |
| One priority, yours | Shared priorities, individual ownership |
| Private by default | Visible to all collaborators |
| You complete your own actions | Assign actions to specific people with @handle |
How it works
- Open a Stax you want to share
- Click Add collaborator and enter their email
- They accept the invite and see the same Stax
- Add actions and assign them with
@handle— each person’s work shows up in their column
The team view works across every surface: the extension, the dashboard, the CLI, and AI assistants via MCP.
