Mission. Goal. Next Action.
AI agents can now produce work much faster than people can review it. That makes a basic question more important: did all that activity achieve anything?
HeyStax uses three primitives.
Mission: Why are we doing this?
Goal: What result must become true?
Next Action: What does a named person or agent do now?
Imagine the goal is five paying schools. Agents send 800 emails. They report all tasks completed, but no new customer is verified. A task dashboard looks busy. An outcome-driven system should ask: were the right schools contacted, did anyone reply, where did prospects stall, what was learned, and who will test the next assumption?
It must distinguish evidence from activity, forecasts and agent claims. An early silence is not proof of a failed market; a booked demo is not cash collected.
The same approach works when a team is developing a medicine: clinical, manufacturing and regulatory requirements matter more than the number of reports. Expert and regulator decisions remain human responsibilities.
HeyStax’s direction is to preserve that entire chain across people, agents, decisions and changing plans.
The end-to-end autonomous loop is planned and being tested. Check the shipped ledger for current features.
