Dashboard — Your Attention Surface
The HeyStax Dashboard at dash.heystax.ai is where you see everything at once — and decide what to enter first.
The problem it solves
Fifteen projects in flight. Looking at all of them is paralysing. You don’t know which one to enter, so you enter none.
The Dashboard gives you two lenses for the same data:
Attention Blocks — The Map
Drag Stax into priority lanes: Must, Should, Good, Meh. A pink glow pulses on the single most important action across all your projects. That’s your answer to “what should I work on next?”
Each block shows:
- The Stax name and tags
- How many next actions are pending
- Who’s assigned (for collaborative Stax)
- When it was last active
Actions Mode — The Execution Lens
Toggle to a single column: just the next action per project, ordered by priority. Check one off, the next surfaces. A conveyor belt for getting things done.
No tabs. No links. No context. Just: what’s next, do it, move on.
How it connects to HeyStax
The Dashboard reads the same Stax data as every other surface. Complete an action here and it’s reflected in the extension, the CLI, and your AI assistant. Drag a Stax to a different priority lane and the extension popup reflects the new ordering.
For teams, the Dashboard shows collaborative Stax with @handle attribution and colour-coded ownership. Filter between your actions and the team view.
